TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Binding agreement
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Tavor ("Tavor," "we, " "us") and the individual or entity ("Customer," "you") accessing our services at https://tavor.dev ("Website") and associated cloud infrastructure ("Services"). By accessing the Services, you affirm that:
- You have legal authority to bind the entity you represent
- You are at least 18 years old
- You accept all terms herein
2. Service description
Tavor provides a secure execution environment for AI agents and computational workloads. Our Services include:
- Managed cloud runtime for code execution
- Resource allocation and scaling infrastructure
3. Account management
3.1 Registration
Access requires account creation via OAuth providers (Google/GitHub). You must provide accurate organizational information where applicable.
3.2 Security obligations
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining credential confidentiality
- All activities under your account
- Prompt breach notification to contact@tavor.dev
4. Credits-based system
4.1 Purchasing credits
Services are consumed through prepaid credits ("Credits"). Credits may be purchased:
- Via the billing portal:
https://app.tavor.dev/-/orgs/:organizationId/settings/billing
- In denominations specified on our pricing page
4.2 Credit usage
- Credits are consumed based on actual resource utilization
- All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable
4.3 Payment terms
- Payments must be made in USD through approved payment gateways
5. Service modifications & availability
5.1 Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify feature sets
- Immediately deploy security-critical updates
- Discontinue services for legal/security reasons
5.2 Uptime commitment
We target 99.9% monthly uptime excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance (with 72h notice)
- Force majeure events
- Customer-induced outages
6. Customer obligations
6.1 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile our platform
- Circumvent security protocols
- Execute illegal or infringing workloads
- Deploy resource-exhaustion attacks
- Use Services for competitive intelligence
6.2 Compliance Requirements
You must:
- Comply with all applicable laws (including export controls)
- Obtain necessary rights for submitted content
- Maintain adequate cyber hygiene standards
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Customer IP retention
You retain ownership of all:
- Input data
- Custom agents
- Output results
7.2 Tavor IP rights
We retain all rights to:
- Platform architecture and codebase
- Proprietary algorithms
- Service trademarks and branding
- Aggregated usage analytics
7.3 Limited license
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to access Services solely for internal business purposes.
8. Suspension & Termination
8.1 Termination rights
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for:
- Material breach of Sections 6 or 9
- Insolvency proceedings
- Persistent service abuse
8.2 Effect of termination
Upon termination:
- All access credentials are revoked
- Remaining Credits are forfeited
- Customer data is deleted within 90 days
9. Liability framework
9.1 Service disclaimer
Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation.
9.2 Excluded damages
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits or business interruption.
10. General provisions
10.1 Governing law
This Agreement is governed by UK law without regard to conflict principles.
10.2 Modification process
We may amend terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10.3 Survival clause
Sections 4.2 (Credit usage), 7 (IP), 8.2 (Post-Termination), 9 (Liability), and 10.3 shall survive termination.
